I have not been taking them very long and am not sure if it is just a mental thing or is actually helping my appetite. I will post back in a few weeks on this blog to those who follow and are interested in slimshots. It would be great to have something like this work because so many people could benefit by just not eating as much during hectic days, which is why I am trying out slimshots myself.
